Internship Paper
As part of my Clemson University undergraduate degree, I completed this paper based on my observations and research during my internship in Otavalo, Ecuador. While I was abroad, I noticed the influence the ancestral diet had on patients, specifically on women and their children. During my internship, I had the privilege to interact a lot with the new mothers who had just given birth. Seeing how influential the nutritional relationship is between mothers and their children, I decided to focus my research on the Influence of the Ancestral Diet and the Results of Maternal-Infantile Nutrition in the San Luis Hospital of Otavalo.
Monografía
My study abroad program was through the University of Minnesota's International Development branch. As a part of this program, I was required to complete a "Monografía". This was a portfolio of sorts that included an in-depth research paper, a daily diary of my internship, a study abroad reflection, and a description of my internship.
